All the above is 5 star, but perhaps, I truly felt that I was dealing with people rather than a machine. I will certainly use them again. One can say that they went the extra yard to ensure that I was happy with the experience.

What a gem of a service. Just received my Panasonic GF-1 & extra goodies. Best deal on the web by far.
Process was super easy and fast via the site. The service/advice over the phone was even better - I was actually dealt with by a warm, honest and knowledgeable human being within seconds of making the call!
Camera sent within hours of making the order and received safely and securely packed.
Have absolutely no worries about using this site. I certainly will be back very soon.

Very good value package - I compared with other websites. Good communication - emailed me to let me know of order progress. Everything included in the package arrived on schedule on the day specified. City Link courier walked fair distance uphill in snow to deliver - van couldn't get uphill in the snow. This was really good service, would certainly use them again.

The camera was delivered today. Thank you and I am very pleased with the service.One additional thing that I feel obliged to make you aware of.
The lane where I live is still impassable to vehicles due to snow. The City Link driver left his van and walked a distance of between a quater and a half a mile uphill, in snow in order to deliver the camera.This is really outstanding service. I obviously thanked him but if there is any way that you can notify the company of his efforts anf my gratitude, I would be most grateful.

Although out-of-stock just before Christmas, the delivery was on time as promised when the camera was back in stock. Their response on the telephone was courteous and helpful.
I am extremely satified with the camera. The still pictures are excellent and I was agreeably suprised at the quality of video it took. The only little niggle is that the charger shows green when first switched on, the light going out when fully charged. The opposite to what I expected.

I discovered this site via kelkoo when I was looking for the best deal for a Nikon D5000 + lens 18-105. Camera express was definitely the best deal (really less expensive than Amazone or other famous stores).Additionaly I received usefull free items with my camera.

i have never reviewed a site like this before but was so impressed by the level of service I thought I would make a start.
I called monday at 13:30 to ask if they had the camera I wanted in stock, they confirmned they did and advised me to go throught their online buying option. This is very straight forward, and althoughh their website does not look as 'glossy' as others out there, it works very well.

I rang a number of times just to discuss the item to make sure it was what I wanted and found the staff to be very helpfull.
I orded it at 3pm and it arrived at 7:30 am the next morning.You cannot get better service than that.Item was exactely as described.I am very pleased.

We were really impressed with the excellent customer service that Equipment express gave us. They were knowledgeable, speedy and efficient. We were a bit wary of using the internet but it was such a good deal, better than the high street shops and much more customer friendly. we couldn't be happier.

Excellent Site and Staff. I spent couple hours trawling through websites for the best deal on the Panasonic Lumix GF1 kit and I narrowed the list down to three retailers. Excellent service from fast delivery to helpful staff. What more can you say. Only that its worth checking out companies on 'review' sites like this before ordering. Good rule of thumb is also pick a site that are up front with aviable address and geographical telephone number.

I was VERY impressed with equipment-express. The first camera that arrived was unfortunately faulty. I phoned them on the Saturday and on the Tuesday a new camera arrived with a return bag for the faulty camera. I had previously researched the price of the camera and I had an excellent deal as it came with a free 4gb card, case, mini tripod and a 3 year warranty.

I found this website, www.EquipmentExpress.co.uk., by accident and comparing prices it seemed very good. On further examination the camera I wanted was an extremely good price with no P&P, free courier service and four extras at no costs. I had researched the Canon Ixus 95 IS camera that I wanted online for a few days prior to purchasing. I had found it cheaper in quite a few places, but when I searched through the independent reviews on the other companies they were dreadful.

Best service I've ever had from an online store and helpful telephone advice beforehand. Equipment Express is absolutely first class - ordered online Thursday morning - delivered 24 hours later (Friday morning) to Inverness, Scottish Highlands! First class service with no problems whatsoever.

Received excellent advice from Equipment Express when I wanted to purchase a new camera.
I ordered a Canon IXUS 95IS at a reasonable price and it was delivered the next day together with some very useful extras.
Unfortunately there was a fault with the camera as supplied (still in manufacturers packaging - therefore no fault of E.E.
The camera was returned to E.E. and by return, there was a new one.
Brilliant service.

Cheapest price found on the internet. Good communication, extra year of warranty free compared to other suppliers, free courier delivery, good quality branded accessories supplied free with camera.
I ordered a newly released Casio camera from Equipment Express and received a call about half an hour later to tell me that they had run out of the colour I ordered but did have the remaining colour options. After speaking to me they called Casio to check when the next shipment would be delivered to them and called me back to let me know and see what I wanted to do. I selected another option and my camera was delivered promptly the next business day. I was impressed with the prompt communication & service and particularly that the acessories they supplied free with the camera were a branded casio case and Sandisk 2GB card - as the brand hadn't been specified in the offer and I had therefore assumed they'd be cheaper non-branded items.

The communication from this company was excellent. It was a very easy purchase. excellent service all round.
I expected just a 'value ' bag for my camera but was very impressed at the quality of the bag I received. There was also a 4GB card and a mini tri-pod.
Having decided that I was going to update the camera I had, I did a lot of research on the camera I wanted. I found that, although Equipment Express were not the cheapest, I was attracted by their 'Bundle' or 'Kit' offers. I took the plunge and ordered my camera. A couple of hours after I placed the order I was contacted to say the camera I had ordered was not in stock but they were expecting a delivery the following Monday. On checking my e-mail the following morning, a friday, I found Equiptment Express had sent an e-mail to say my camera had been despatched and that i would receive it on the Monday. The camera arrived at 8.15am.

I bought a Sony A200 Digital SLR from Equipment Express rather last minute as a birthday gift. I received the order on the day as stated and I was both relieved and very pleased with the prompt and reliable delivery service.
Rather doubting the amount of supposed 'giveaway extras' one usually gets with certain products - you somehow seem to end up paying for them in the long run - I was pleasantly surprised to see that I still could not undercut the all-in price at Equipment Express anywhere online.
There was a 4GB Flash Card thrown in, but since I'd gathered from another well-known online retailer that this particular camera rarely came complete with any Flash Card, I over-ordered on them. No problem - I got a prompt refund for the unwanted item.
Very good service - I wish the service of more online retailers were as high-quality.
